Had a windscreen replaced by Autoglass as they work via my insurer. Brought the wrong windscreen first time as I have a rain sensor fitted to the windscreen. Fitted correct windscreen but scratched the dashboard in the process. Waiting for specialist company to repair the dashboard. Admitted liability right away but should never have happened in the first place.
