I don't understand the relevance. Are you applying this statement to all 3 bikes or one in particular?
Is £1200 for a bike really lower end?

The OP is correct this is the lower end of the spectrum, out of the three bikes the Tarmac offers best value on price. However for an overall deal with better groupset and wheels you may find better elsewhere but I gather from your earlier post that is not an option.

Yes, for Specialized that is lower end.

You will now find that lower end tarmac uses the same sl4 frame as the higher end ones, but just a slightly lower spec carbon.

Fact 8 on lower end to fact 10 on the s-works.

My tarmac elite is fact 9 with the same sl4 frame as the sworks with fact 11
