Just to let you know that this is one of the cheapest priced cycle events on the calender and that entries will be closing on Thursday evening.
Route 43 Option is a very hilly 43 mile loop up Honister pass,Fang's Brow, Whinlatter pass and then returns back to Keswick. At a meduim distance this is certainly a challenge. You will be treated to beautiful views of Buttermere and Crummock water for your efforts.
Route 85 Option is a lot more challenging being an 85 mile loop taking in some very tough climbs throughout the day. This include's Honister,Hardknot, Wrynose and Kirkstone Pass via the infamous climb of 'The Struggle' from Ambleside. Plus there are many smaller climb's in between. In total over 10000 ft of climbing!!
This is for the serious cyclist who isn't afraid of some very steep climbs and has the wherewithal and stamina to tackle a strenuous route.
