. A So I have been commuting to work for the past nine months and lost nearly 2 stone. I am just a few pounds off my target weight which I should reach in the next week or so. Mainly due to more exercise and slimming world and very little junk and processed food.
Anyhow this weight loss has resulting in my cycling gear not fitting me. I would like to see it go to a good home.
Cycling Clothing
1. Altura Cycling Shorts - Medium. Suit a 33-34 inch waist. I am 32 and they are a little slack on me. Always worn with briefs underneath (I know but what I prefer!) so the pad is in good condition. Looking for £5 posted.SOLD
2. Altura Sportive Series Jerseys SOLD
3. Boardman autumn cycling bib tights - Medium (but more like a large) - £10 posted. Worn for about 3 weeks and pad as per above.
4. Altura Night Vision Gilet - Medium - Definitely large if not extra large - worn once. very relaxed fit - £10 posted.
5. Cheap Chinese import jersey - Medium - £5 posted.
6. Neck Warmers x3 - SOLD

1. Shimano Tiagra 10 speed front mech - £7 posted - I upgraded to Shimano 105. It is about 31mm in diameter. I don't know much about it other than that.
2. SKS Commuter mudguards. Used and abused through the winter but still work fine. £10 posted (mainly postage due to size) or £5 collected.
Other items
1. Amazon Kindle Keyboard - £15 posted - Bought 2nd hand and never turned on or used by me. I will wipe it before sale. Personally I prefer a good book.
2. Apachie Sport Tracker with spare band. SOLD
3. SIS Energy Gels Apple and Orange (SOLD APPLE) use by Sept 17. £5 a box posted. Unopened.
4. Plastic sports watch and heartrate strap free to a good home for cost of postage. I don't have the instructions but it was from Argos and works fine.
