Heinz have brought out their answer to Christmas shortages. Their Big Soup contains turkey, pigs in blankets, stuffing, cranberry sauce and gravy. All for 1.50.
Anyone tempted to partake of this feast on Christmas Day?

We used to regularly have canned whole chickens in the 1970s. They weren't that bad to be honest.

As someone who doesn't cook, even I wouldn't stoop that low! Looks disgusting.

I think that image is photoshopped from a chicken one. Chicken in a can seems surprisingly available.

I guess it keeps well, with no need for a freezer, but doesn't look that appetizing.
Preppers / hoarders etc and fans of fray bentos pies looking for a change will be the target market!

Best xmas product is undoubtedly Greggs festive bake. defo wort a try if you haven't had the pleasure
