In recent years my Stollen cake of choice is from Aldi.

Is anyone able to recommend an alternative that is worth trying ?

Our first stollen has arrived in the kitchen so will be sampling some later

I made this last week so it won't be ready for a while. Christmas cake with the fruit soaked in amaretto and fed weekly with it. Yum yum!

just tried the Aldi one it was very nice indeed but will need to try it a few more times yet

We have just started on the Christmas pudding tasting's. First up was this stodgy one from Aldi it needed a bit more fruit but wasn't too bad as none got left.

These mince pies from local B&M are nice enough and at £1 not bad value.

I've never understood the concept of buying mince pies!

As already said, Costco do a very good one.
But my current favourite is from Cooplands (a Yorkshire chain of bakers - a bit like Gregg's, but not anywhere near as rubbish). Although that's probably not much use to you if you live anywhere else...

No, Aldi Stollen is without doubt the best. I'm hoping for a repeat of last year when there was a pallet of them in the doorway of our Aldi in early January for £1 each!!
