Christmas food

Spent most of today in the kitchen baking a few bits.
3 Different types of sausage rolls (Lincolnshire, pork and cheese, pork and caramalised red onion)
Baked ham with a marmalade glaze.
Mince pies steeped in brandy

Dogs got her eye on the ham

I poach our gammon for 90 minutes in cola with star anise, cinnamon, and cloves then bake it for another 90 minutes with a marmalade glaze....omnomnom...

Amongst other things I made this morning was a chilli, cranberry and orange stuffing.
It's made with dried little devil chill is I grew.
It's spice rating is- entertaining!

I'm making stuffing. The grater for the lemon rind is newish and modern. The grater for the parsley is my treasured Mouli that I inherited from my Great Aunt.
