Daughter dearest bought us tickets to go see Echo and the Bunnymen in Glasgow this year for my Christmas present and grandson Cameron came at the last minute.

First lot of garden fairy lights spotted in the village at tea time - went to drop off some comestibles* for a friend so that she didn't need to bother cooking this evening.

* Pumpkin, lentil & mushroom wellington and cauliflower & broccoli cheese with a crispy garlic crumb. Had it last night with mini roasties, and said to mum that if we added cranberry sauce and braised red cabage, we'd have had a fabby veggie Christmas dinner!

P.S. Mushrooms were foraged in Aldi, and yes, I furkled out a jar of cranberry sauce from my preserves stash!
