Burning Bin crime is annoying.. I heard my bin taking off down the road one night, leapt out & followed the noise down an alley through the woods and over the field to where the local yobbos had upended it onto a bonfire !
I strode through their ranks and plucked my bin from its fiery fate, uttering "I think you'll find this is my bin, thank you."... they were all too surprised by my boldness to rise up and object. I was later informed that the fumes given off by a burning wheelie bin are intoxicating.
At least you stopped your incendiarist, hopefully he won't strike in your area again.
