I nicked it (the phrase) fron VIZ comic. They, I think, nicked the phrase from all those old Reader's Digest type magazines.

That's where I first saw it. They ran a competition where you put money in an envelope addressed to Viz office into a likely looking post box and you had to shout "You are Lucky Lucy and I claim my five pounds". Or something like that.

I now know about Lobby Lud and have had a Pratchett reference explained into the bargain.
