Can peeps remember the BMC lorries from the late 60's -70's they had a rounded front with small windows down near your feet and had door somewhere in the back ? I think Eveready and GPO Telephones used them. I can remember moving them a few times when I was an apprentice in a garage . They were a bit like getting into a phone box , when you wanted to get out you couldn't find the door! :wacko:
 
I spotted this Bedford in a car park in Wick Scotland last year.

2 x Foden Alphas

The burgundy one has a ‘HIAB’, & looks very freshly painted

I see the exhaust, & roof, of the white one over the wall, but have never seen them out

The compound belongs to a family of showmen

Whilst walking the Dog, l passed the same yard earlier (I ride/drive past a lot though)
This is probably the Foden that was on low-loader
Plus a DAF XF
