Hello
New to the site, just bought a claud butler with a Reynolds 531 frame:

Couldn't work out what make or year it was as it has the pump lugs on the seat post and seems to have a right mix/match of components on it, campy gran sport rear derailler, then I found an original order note inside the seat post, which gave me the model name "cassino" and number "027371".
Don't know what to do with it; complete rebuild and paint (quite a bit of rust coming through in places) or just clean it up.
Any thoughts?
