I popped to a lbs at lunchtime and got my measured for cleat alignment (spds's btw). Afterwards the angle of outward splay is similar although less defined but the big change was the position fore and aft, they are now half an inch forward . What effect do you think it'll have? I'm hoping it eradicates a niggling small pain. The pain is located on the outside of the lower leg about an inch or two below the knee. BTW I wish I'd went for a cleat fit 3 yrs ago.
