Clip on Tri Bar Options?

My training bike has regular (round) bars which I can clip on tri bars to but its a 54cm frame, it fits like a glove (so as to speak ;)) and I don't want to change the stem but I'm getting quite a bit of knee strike with my current tri bar when I stand up. The Bianchi has a larger 55cm and I reckon I can avoid knee strike but the bars are aero profile (non round). Other than changing the stem of the Kinesis, bars of the Bianchi or standing up less (not sprinting) what are my options?

I've not seen any whilst scouring the net and my lbs owners were down south but I don't think clip ons for wing (aero) profile bars exist (my favoured option) all the clamping mechanisms I've seen are for standard round bars.

Are they non-round all the way up to the stem?

I've a feeling I saw some that mounted to the stem rather than to the bars but cannot remember where or what brand.

It s a bit of awkward clamp, non round to near the stem I'll visit a few bike shops tomorrow and see what oversize clamps fit but I'm a bit dubious about having a narrow tri bar set up. I saw the stem options too when I was browsing. I have eventually found a wing shape clamp but it seems to be discontinued everywhere but one shop I've never heard of Sprockets UK.

My bars are round fairly close to the stem - and I bought these.
Although the clamp is round it came with some shims. According to Edinburgh bike they fit almost any drop handlebar bike. Although they can be found at a better price elsewhere I was impatient as I had a confined time trial in 2 days. No idea if they are of any use for you though.
