Waiting for me as I arrived home Today were my M520's and a pair of Shimano shoes  freshly despatched from Ribble.

So far I have only leaned against the wall and practiced clipping in and out and it seems easy enough (set them to the loosest setting). I will try tomorrow morning... to arrive at work in one piece! I left the platform attached to the one side of the pedals to help me move away from junctions with my left foot unclipped.

Should you be awoken by an earthquake style tremmor anytime from 6:45-7:10, it is likely me having a "moment"

Tell my Mother... I loved her x

Nice, I have the m520's and they are a good peddle. Make sure you get the cleat in the right position before going out too far as it can play havoc with your knees if set up wrong. It took me a couple of days to get just right

I have just made the same move, its a doddle, fell off once at a junction, couldnt unlip quick enough, it becomes second nature pretty quick as having to explain why you are lying down in the middle of a busy crossroads gets tedious.

To be honest I found it pretty easy this morning. Unclipping the left foor about 20 yards from a junction came natrually and on the looosest setting this was not difficult. Need to slide the cleats slightly toward the toe of the shoes a tad though. Now I just need to get a new PB on my ride home this evening! > : )
