Clock Radio

Need a new Clock Radio.

I bought a "MagicBox Cleaver" the other day but took it back... it received no DAB stations at all even when sat next to a Roberts DAB portable that receives eighty odd... Anyway, need recommendations please....

• Up to £100
• iPod dock is not a feature I need
• Must have DAB
• Internet Radio would be nice
• Must have at least 2 alarms (weekend and weekday)
• FM not strictly necessary

I've got a magic box and it's fine at receiving... speaker ain't great though. My Roberts sounds far better.

unfortunately these day the ipod dock is hard to avoid

I've been looking for similar spec, and there are a couple of Pure Flow offerings that have DAB, FM and internet radio.

I haven't tried any but Pure's stuff has been pretty good in the past.

Are you sure the Magic Box wasn't just faulty?

It may have been faulty but it put me off and I have had such a good experience with my Roberts Radio that I went for this in the end.

It blew the budget @ £130 but it works very well and I am very happy with it.
