Close Passes Scotland - Video Upload

In England and Wales there is a portal for uploading videos of close passes etc. Scottish police didn't sign up to the programme. I have had a look but can't find anywhere to upload anything. So how can I report it?

Call 101 to report it. If they think there's merit they'll email you a link to upload the footage to a system called DEMS where they can then review it.
