I think Sainsbury's used to sell litre cartons of Sicilian/Still Lemonade but haven't bought any for a while.

I make it myself.

Very simple:

1 bottle of lemon juice, pour into an empty 2-litre drinks bottle, fill up with water, add sugar to taste, refrigerate.

Job's a good 'un!

Waitrose sell it, but as above - lemons, sugar, water. Stir well and chill
