Cog to support chain when wheel is off - what do you call that?

Hi,

I would very much like to buy a thing wot I have seen that is a cog that supports the chain when the wheel is off the bike. It enables the chain to spin, but is not a full wheel. Ideal for wheels-off cleaning and lubing with maximum access to the chain stay etc for cleaning. What is that wee guy called so I can actually search for it.

Needless to say that a quick dash into Halfords today identified a spotty chap with no idea what I was on about.

Stick a bit of dowel through the chain and against the seat stays.

Eee this modern bikes don't come with chain holder lugs.

I have one of these - seemed a good idea at the time, but hardly ever use it. If I need to clean the chain any more than is possible using the 'mickle' method I take it off. If you use a KMC quick-link it is very easy.
