When it's icey cold does anyone else find they get short of breath quicker than usual or is it just me?

When you're doing a descent in sub zero temperatures, when you add on the windchill it feels like you've been punched in the solar plexus sometimes.

Yes. I think it's pretty standard for most peeps.
Frosty cold air makes for hard breathing until you body adjusts.

I assure you it's worse for us asthmatics. But we manage.
