what works for you, overshoes for warmth as much as dry, perhaps a gillet to keep the wind off the vitals over as many layers as possible
the problem with rainproofs etc is that they tend to be too warm, for me anyway, the good thing about winter is it builds up slowly so you can experiment with what to wear
but again, you aren't going to get into too much trouble in 15/30 minutes
