Coloring in fabric on shoes ?

I have some decathlon rockrider shoes with grey fabric that are now my commuting shoes, what could i colour the fabric in with as the light grey dont half show any muck .
Permanent marker pen ?

If they're commuting shoes a bit of muck should be par for the course.

Just give them a bit longer and they will get a uniform road muck colour
