Nah- no one could see stoke or wigan staying up when they did either. I'm really hoping thier bid sticks- blackpool needs it.

Reading went down more because we lost Sidwell. He preferred being a reserve at Chelsea to being a first team player at Reading.

I hope we stay up but in my heart of hearts I can still see us being relegated at the end of the season though, just not got the strength in depth or the financial clout to make it stick I'm afraid. The experience will be good one, we'll take a few hammerings and cause a few upsets along the way and the financial benefit to build on will be fantastic.
Looking forward to the cold and rainy ones in the middle of winter, just to see the look on some of the big boys faces.
