I have just opened my latest packet from Prendas, tomorrow this commuter will be wearing Santini bib shorts, with coolmax insert, in the colours on the Spanish National Team 2008, and advertising Murcia down the legs. This will be on a hybrid with butterfly bars, stylish, moi?

It's not thirst that's the issue for me...it's washing the crap out of your mouth that I need.

Mouthwash? I have a mini toothbrush I keep meaning to take with me, along with a travel sized toothpaste. Similarly after a bike ride I find my mouth feels unfresh and am toying with the idea of brushing my teeth again when I get to work or use some mouthwash instead.
