Good stuff! Now help him find his own place to live.

I don't have children (child-FREE) but the misses has three, the youngest of whom is a student and spends 6 weeks in the summer with us and does sweet FA. Clothes, food, books, magazines ALL OVER THE PLACE - not good for my OCD. And she leaves ALL the lights on ALL the time, here when it's the middle of summer and light until very late. And breathe...

Anyway, I'm sure you'll manage easily having your son back .

In about 5 minutes I'm off to pickup JtB junior who's just finished his university degree and is returning home to live. After all these years of study, its finally time to find a job - a life changing moment for all of us I guess.
Congrats. The house dynamics will change but it will be all good. Don't forget to get him on a bike and throw in the pub if it is a tad difficult

We currently have eldest daughter home for the summer, a long, long summer!
She insists she's a guest but I'm sure I didn't invite her, and she's close to outstaying her welcome!
Hope junior jtb finds a job soon.

JtB junior's understanding of my instruction to make sure everything is cleaned and packed so that when Mrs JtB and I arrive, all we need to do is "load and go" could not be further from what I actually had in mind :-(.
Been there before!

Our eldest is moving houses on Wednesday. They have to be out of one at the same time as they get the keys to the next. They think they are going to manage to walk everything there. I can't get out of work to help either! I foresee a nightmare! Additional problem was they accepted a work shift for the entire day, luckily they have managed to get a half day.

My son gets the keys to his house share for next term on Wednesday. Remains to be seen how much he will want to move there and how much he'll be bringing back with him at the end of the week.

Just collected eldest from end of 1st year and dropped her off at her grandparents house where she will be staying for the summer; so it looks like she's not coming back to us. Might get round to making the temporary "music room" which was her bedroom a bit more permanent ;)
