I was commuting to the agency as the job they gave me the company decided to do the 3month use you and lose you scheme. On the way there I kept primary on narrow roads to stop dangerous over takes but no one seems to beep, tailgate or pass to close after.
I've had one person going to pass as I was coming up to a ped crossing and a parked car the driver behind was passing slowly (nervous driver I think, the from of her car was by my wheel, too close to pass safely).... I looked over my shoulder and the KA (old version) pulled back to give me some space. *hand goes out to thank her* and I kept primary as I was coming up to a set of lights which I wanted to turn right. No rage driving going on from anyone.

On my way home, waved 7 cars on the same road as before which is nice a wide.... Compared to last year this is a huge difference already.... The only thing I did not enjoy was when turning left a car wanted to do the same, the passenger pointed me out the driver who was her husband I assume did not look and put his hand up going "yeah, yeah." So I sat up straight and smiled giving her the "I'll let you go first." because It was dangerous. (I should of kept primary but at the time no one was behind me, so on this one way road, I think primary will be smarter and safer for me.)

Sorry if the grammar is horrible, feel free to kindly correct me if you wish

Yeah, it seems to be more common in short commutes, when the weather decides to warm a little bit more so my eyes stop watering from the cold I'm planning to go on longer trips.

I think it is courteous to give a little hand up as a thank you for being patient or giving me plenty of space. I try to do it as often as I can if the driver has been polite.
