50 to 60 miles per day - flexible, cycling, canoeing, sightseeing sampling French wine , beer and food etc

Dordogne and Lot valleys - less than 500 miles, or circa 600 with Albi etc, plus day rides


or longer route

Cycle around Dordogne, Western Pyrenees, over some of the big passes; Aspin and Tourmalet etc and also the Atlantic coast.

Possible train from Dordogne to Pyrenees via Toulouse to save around 200 miles
