I'm sorry if this is in the wrong forum.
I have a Cateye Strada 2HG bike computer that I have tried to pair with a new sensor with but failed
Anybody got any good ideas why?

I've just bought a Cateye Velo 7 wired computer and I'm well impressed for the £15 it cost me.

I took the time to measure the wheel circumference with my weight on the bike and it pretty much tallies up with the preset tyre size option in the menu (I manually entered my own measurement though).

Just did a five mile test ride and the distance measurement is the same as I get in my VW between the start and end points.

For beer money, it's not a bad piece of kit and it was on the bike fully fitted in less than ten minutes.

Once I get used to using it, I'll probably be looking for an upgrade.

Meanwhile, I'm more than happy.
