Confused with side pull brakes !

I am planning to install these brakes on my bike and a little confused with the barrel positions on the brake

I am confused with the barrel adjuster being the other way around and it specifically says that its the front brake.

This is pretty normal.

I needed some guidance as how to fit the front brake ie, the cable orientation.

This is intriguing ... I can't see how that front brake as shown could be installed.* I reckon it must be a mistake! I found another illustration here showing a front brake as you might expect it to look.

edit: I admit I know NOTHING about BMX bikes, of course

It looks like the bolts top and bottom are interchangeable - shows how much care and attention the retailers are devoting to Tektro brakes.

PS - they won't be very good!.

Thanks for the replies ! Yes they are interchangeable ! They are specifically for Bmx bikes so the lower cable pull !
