Which part are you actually looking to replace?
I’ve seen that connector somewhere before, but my usual catalogues don’t list it.
A bit of googling took me to http://electricscooterparts.com/whitewiringconnectors.html where it’s called a CNX-54 - it’s $2, but that’s a US site.
Apparently that connector is commonly known as a “scooter connector”, common on chinese bikes, scooters etc.

Would it be too much hassle to replace the spade connectors in the block. Or is the block damaged as well.

There'd not be much in the difference, price wise. And you'll have the correct size terminals on both sides.
Car shop or a model shop, that sells RC models for the spade connectors.
