In the cycling world you could well argue that Cav deserves to win. Wiggo, not even being nominated is a bit of a travesty but there you go. In all honesty i will vote for Cav, but maybe Jssica Ennis or Beth Tweddle deserves to win.

Depends how the beeb play it with Cav.

If they portray him as cyclings Ussain Bolt then he should do well.

If they ask him if he fall off much (as they did to a female world champion 2 years ago) then hes toast.

Yep, I'dlike to see Beth or Cav to win. Both have achieved great feats for a UK person in their respective sports, but to be top of the tree in Gymnastics has been a long slog and on balance I'd love to see Beth Tweddle win over Cav. Gymnastics was my first sporting love and it would be a great boost to the thousands that dedicate themselves to the sport in the UK.
