I will always remember in 1971 our English teacher took a coach load of us to the laugh and scratch in Rotherham to see Jane Eyre with George C Scott and Susannah York. The B film that proceeded it was Endless Night and had a naked Britt Ekland running around in it. Happy memories of merry mirth from a class of 14 year old lads and a very red faced teacher!!
Now where did I last see my DVD of Endless Night?

We had a 6th form film club at school, of which I was a member. On Friday evenings, there would be a show of 'quality' films, as chosen by the teachers running the club. We got to see some interesting films but they were usually vetted for nudity. Somehow though, The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie slipped through the net. The look on the face of the teacher operating the projector when a full frontal nude teenage girl appeared on the screen was a joy to behold! He squirmed with embarrassment for much of the rest of the film and refused to run the usual post-film discussion. (Presumably not wanting to ask the standard questions "What did you like about the film, and why?" )

you're right. My work involves tv gameshows. They prebrief the punters and they'll have a floor manager off camera telling them to clap off camera. its depressing, it really is.
