Continental Ultra sport tyres

Does anyone use these at all.
I am having lots of problems getting innertubes changed with these tyres (no problems with my old bontragers, or my CX tyres, or my Schwalbe Lugano tyres that I don't have any longer)
They seem super stiff and I find that I keep nipping the inner tubes, which has never happened before. It's the first p******* that I have had with these tyres. Very happy I am at home and not in the boonies.

Any ideas or shall I just go and buy some new Luganos and done with?

The folders I have used were ok but the one rigid I tried was an absolute B.

Thank you, it's a rigid and I was wondering if I was just being incapable suddenly, or my hands were more pants than normal or if it was the tyre. I'll pop up the Bikehut (yes really) they have an offer on Luganos at the same price as Wiggle have. Our new bikehut seems to be staffed by quite enthusiastic cyclists. I think that Evans opening have given them some food for thought.
