Contour HD or Contour Roam help?

im stuck at what camera to pick and really need adivse and what you guys would pick

The camera i have is ok but i think quality is lacking and is more suited to be a rear camera

Want to make sure i pick the best one if im going to spend over £100

which one do you think is best and why i should pick it?

The HD is a discontinued product, you might be able to buy it cheap but there will be no more updates for it.
Better to go for the Roam.

ROAM has the better lens and sensor. downside is you can't remove the battery.
