Contour Roam Video Software

Looking at getting some video/editing software for my new camera.
Never used this type of software before so needs to relatively straightforward.

I don't mind paying a small amount if required. So what do you recommend?

Will mainly use the camera for commuting and the storing and serious incidents on computer and deleting rest.

You can use Windows Live Movie Maker. I use it for all mine.

It's free as well It's reasonably easy to use although if you are stuck on anything google generally has the answer. It does take time to import videos though - it hasn't frozen, it's just a lot for a computer to process so I recommend setting it off and leaving it for half an hour or so.

For what you want to do windows live movie maker is standard enough. I did use Nero but that was for full on video making (non cycling related)
