Yea I'm unsure if it will be Italian or standard size

Italian and ISO are the same thread pitch just cut differently so are interchangeable. It's the Bb's that are completely different.

Ohhh, forgot that the fork crown races are different! Italian fork crown races are bigger than ISO. Sorry
