Cost to rebuild an outside loo ?

We have a house that used to have an outside loo, the concrete base is still there + you can see wheer the hole to the drain has been filled in .
How much would it cost to rebuild it ?
I was thinking breeze blocks , rendered with a flat roof + lockable door.

Ideally it would be nice to have it with a door into the house but im not sure if its possbile given the wall layout inside has changed since the loo was knocked down .

If you do add a door into the house, it should still be of the lockable external type, otherwise the build may come under planning permission and need deeper foundations etc. although i think that now may depend on the size?

The 'ground works' (drains) are likely to be the expensive bit, depends how the hole was filled in and where you can pick up a water supply.

I installed a loo and washbasin in the understairs cupboard, for next to nothing. Tall people bang their heads on the stairs occasionally but bollix to them.
