Could I do this path on a road bike ?

I should'nt think so, the surface looks in better condition than some of the single track roads I use on my commute. I ride a Surly Crosscheck road bike with Conti Touring 700x28 tyres. Make sure you have p proof tyres.

No problem at all.

Keep your road tyres pumped up hard. Take the path slowly - avoid hitting stones/edges at speed and you'll be fine.

You'll need to clean your deraileur etc much more thoroughly and more often, and after very heavy rain you might want to avoid it if the path degenerates to liquid mud, but other than that can't see a problem.
