Will there be a video of the op?

Unless you are used to violent and blood and guts movies, I wouldn't recommend seeing a video of a total hip replacement, if you are having the standard way of replacement.
Before I had mine done I was curious and started watching a video of the surgery I was having, but I didn't last long, watching the image of the old hip being dislocated and almost over the shoulder of the surgeon and the cutting about to start was as far as I got.
Glad I had a spinal block and sedation, never felt a thing, but some who have had the op wake up wondering how finger prints in the shape of bruises have appeared on the back of their knees.
Saying that you never feel a thing, you are just left with a lot of bruising and grateful the aching nagging pain that was there before the op has gone.
