Cover for Kindle

All kindle owners any recommendations for covers? Saw the ones at £29.99 just wondered what else was about

I got one from ebay, £15 from memory. Apparently there's issues with the Amazon ones without lights, causing the Kindle to reboot or crash.

But in red. For some reason, the seller has the red one listed at £45!!!

Mine has been dropped several times & the case has done a good job of protecting it.

I bought a hemp one, as a change from the usual leather covers for electronic gadgetry, again ebay.
The kindle slides in, rather than attaches throught the slots in the left side as the amazon covers do and it is that which is thought to be causing the failures of Kindles.

My wife is 'making' a cover for my son's Kindle. If you are handy with a sewing machine, there are stacks of designs and patterns on the web (if you want something different).

I was thinking of making one but hadn't thought to look for patterns. Thanks for the tip.

My wife is using the card from a lever arch file as the internals of the cover.
