Crank arm bolt

Hi, I have recently taken delivery of a Cube Analog, and I have to say I love it! Only problem is on my first ride the left crank arm came loose twice! I seem to have resolved the issue with some loctite, but it looks like I’m missing a seal around the bolt. I can’t be sure if it was missing when it arrived, or if it fell out on my ride. I have emailed bike-discount but had no reply. Can anyone help?? What is it I need?? There seems to be so many different types??

The plastic seals are removable so you can use the same bolts on a self extracting crank.
It wont hurt not having it.
