Just bought a pair of CB Candy 3 for my road bike as I've heard they're easy to get in and out of!!! Had to buy a set of their road bike cleat adapters and after setting them up on my bike today however hard I try I can't get my shoes to attach to the pedals. Anyone had issues like this or is it me??

Maybe a stupid question - but do you have your shoes on and sitting on the bike when trying to clip in? When i first got clipless pedals i experimented by trying to clip the shoes in when i wasnt wearing them and it was pretty difficult to do compared to when i had my body weight to 'stamp' down with.
