:welcome:
Are there any markings on the sealed unit?
Is the bottom bracket shell threaded or presfit?
The cranks look as if they would fit a square taper BB (but suspect pressfit).
What is the width of the BB shell (ie from left to right)? 68mm? 73mm?
How long is the spindle?

Thompson/Thun30, 33, 35, 40, 45 mm pressedleft (cone and locknut)right (cone and locknut)65, 68,70 mm2-piece or 3-piece crank. Cup and cone bearings. No shoulder inside shell; loose tolerances.

Need the internal measurement of the BB shell. A 40mm pressfit with square taper is unusual and you may need to find 'retro' enthusiasts to help, I suspect. There is a Vintage-classic-bikes sub-forum on CycleChat and there's also 'Retrobike'.
What about this:

or this:

Check the length of your spindle.
The latter is described as having SKF bearings, which have a good reputation.
