The last one was interesting, as I zoomed in past the stamens in the second, and the autofocus picked up the thing behind. I like that kind of happy 'accident' when just trying out stuff.

I think it worked out well because the body of the hoverfly follows the curve of the stem.

This one worked out quite nicely - didn't notice the spider's web until I looked on the laptop. The varied colours of the out-of-focus posters on the church railings were nice.
