I was pleased to get the cormorant just as a large wave crashed into the rocks and more crucially, just before it flew off.

What did I learn this weekend?
That the human brain is very capable of ignoring things that it doesn't want to see.

I spent some time setting up this composition making sure that there was nothing in it that I didn't want (mostly the sky) and that it did include everything that I did want.

What did I see when I got home? This.

Could be a tricky one, as the area is quite large. Just for a giggle, I tried AI.
