yes indeed, If Jofras throw hadn't knocked the stump clean out, it would have been not out. It was an unusual situation, normally if you've accidentally knocked the bails off you end up having to "pull a stump", but "Jofra power" intervened.

still doesn't explain the Umpiring debacle of out, not out ( after using Tv review) then out again.

Well it does.
Out to the naked eye
Review spots Cox nick the bail off before the ball hit stumps so gives not out
3rd then goes oh fark it the stump was up-rooted by the ball, that's also a way the stumps can be "fairly broken", it's actually out, and thus changes the big screen to out.
