Despite hints, no answers! Here is an easier clue for the same:

Brake Levers (kerb reveal). I had brake levers in my head last week but couldn't figure out why it might be right.

This one slipped by unnoticed.

I too have been trying to make that answer fit the clue.

Hmm, you know that French and German clue I posted up yesterday, well, I appear to have had a letter burp, which led to the last letter repeating. Apologies. Reworked version:

Cyclist symbol of France against French bones. (8,3)

Here's a quicky...

Remains on back of bike. (5)
Stays?, as in chain stays, wot are sort of at the back of the bile, or seat stays, similarly

Explanation of my first clue which no-one seemed to get (please do correct me if it was a bad clue!):
Anagram of berserk and vale (a version of Mad and Valley)

I know this has been answered, but we're still waiting for the explanation to the clue so...
I've been thinking about it, and while the clue makes sense as it is, I think it reads better with a bit of an amendment:

Hands numb. Beaten, glum. Plan: Tool. Ciao! (6,10)
