This a steal attempt...

You cannot decrypt that which has not been encrypted. Number/letter substitution is a form of encoding, not encryption, ergo nobody can decrypt that message, ergo that's my effing biscuit
You can have the pedant biscuit! It's a cipher, not strictly encryption, but y'know. A puzzle none the less.

Could you cope? Lots of cryptographers read or study steganography!
So, the next one is here. Enjoy. Also may have a cycling theme. Not much more difficult than the first.

Nice one, but the awkward grammar gives it away

I answer with my own steganography, see if you can figure it out...!

CRNCEGPCOG

I'll give you a hint, it's a place name, but I've removed the white space to make it a tiny bit more difficult.

Intrinsically all messages are safe - everyone can use replies inciting terror. Yellowtim probably realises...oh...
I'll drop out. Let you guys have fun. ;)
