CTC, BC or LCC

well I went for BC in the end (it was cheapest for what I need) - did make me laugh when I had to agree to abide by their anti doping regs!

Does this mean I need to tell them where I will be for one hour a day and get stopped when I get to work and asked to provide a sample!

Very sensible - and as an added bonus, you don't have to go anywhere near the CTC's squabbles. :-)
