But, if you had not had CTC membership, would you have got the same service from Slater and Gordon under no win no fee? There have been suggestions that the CTC members' deal doesn't actually get you anything extra just as the CTC Wiggle deal is rarely any better than the normal Wiggle offer.

I think the point of joining CTC, LCC or BC is that in the event that any special terms are placed on your case by their preferred law firm or if you lose then the organisation will pick up your costs ie disbursements other fees, so you don't need to take out an expensive insurance policy to cover these. This is what happens with BC, not sure with CTC or LCC.
